TAPTAP is a loyalty and rewards platform that enables users to earn points and redeem partner promotions. The objective of this project was to elevate product quality, improve core user experience, and introduce lightweight gamification to drive engagement and retention. As a senior-level contractor, I partnered closely with cross-functional teams to shape UX direction, deliver high-quality UI, and support business goals.

Create a strong first touchpoint that feels joyful, trustworthy, and simple
Clearly communicate TAPTAP’s core value: earn points, track rewards, and redeem offers
Ensure mobile-first usability (thumb-friendly, scannable, intuitive navigation)
Establish a clear visual hierarchy between primary, secondary, and supporting actions
Differentiate TAPTAP from conventional loyalty and e-commerce apps
Express a bold, vibrant brand through color, layout, and 3D visuals
Maintain consistency with TAPTAP’s brand system and social platforms
Leave room for future interactive elements and gamification
